Right of withdrawal from the agreement

  1. The Consumer who has concluded a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 calendar days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs.
  2. To meet this deadline, it is sufficient to send a declaration before its expiry to the Seller's address.
  3. A sample withdrawal form is available on the Online Store's website in the "Withdrawal from the contract" section and is attached to the email confirming the Order.
  4. The Consumer may use the sample form, but it is not obligatory.
  5. The Consumer is required to return the Product to the Seller promptly, but no later than within 14 calendar days from the date of withdrawal from the contract.
  6. When withdrawing from the contract, the Consumer is obliged to return the Product in its entirety (including all equipment and accessories). The Consumer should properly secure the returned Product to prevent damage during transportation.
  7. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send the Product before the deadline expires. The Consumer can return the Product to the Seller's address.
  8. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the Consumer will be refunded all payments received (no later than 14 calendar days), including delivery costs.
    1. An exception applies when the Consumer has chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest available in the Online Store.
    2. In this case, the Consumer bears the delivery costs.
  9. The Consumer is liable for any reduction in the value of the Product resulting from its use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Product.
  10. The Seller informs that the right to withdraw from a distance contract does not apply to Consumers concerning contracts listed in Article 38 of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.
    1. This includes a contract with the Seller where the object of performance is a sealed item that cannot be returned after the packaging is opened due to health protection or hygiene reasons if the packaging was opened after delivery.
    2. Also, a contract with the Seller where the object of performance is a non-prefabricated Product made to the Consumer's specifications or serving to meet their individual needs.
