General Provisions

  1. This Privacy Policy sets out the rules for the protection of personal data of Customers using the Online Store at www.bioevolution.com.
  2. The administrator of the personal data of Customers collected through the Online Store is the Seller.
  3. The Administrator limits the use and collection of information to the minimum necessary to complete the Order at the highest level.
  4. Personal data is not shared in any way other than as required for the purpose of the Order and within the scope of the consent provided.
  5. The Administrator takes all possible steps to secure personal data during its transmission by Customers and ensures that the data collected is processed in accordance with the law.
  6. Any words, expressions, and acronyms appearing on this page and starting with a capital letter (e.g., Seller, Online Store, Customer) should be understood in accordance with their definition in the Terms and Conditions of the Online Store available on the Online Store's website.

 

Purpose of Data Collection

  1. The data provided by the Customer during registration is used solely to enable the Customer to log into the Online Store and for the purpose of processing the order, including to ensure contact between the Customer and the Seller.
  2. The data collected during the purchase transaction is used solely for the purpose of processing payment for the placed order.
  3. Data collected through direct contact of the Customer with the Online Store via the website is used solely for correspondence with the Customer and to respond to the Customer's inquiry.

 

Legal Basis for Data Processing

  1. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to use the full functionality of the Online Store, i.e., to place an Order.
  2. During registration in the Online Store, the Ordering Party provides the following information in the registration form: first name, last name, exact delivery address, phone number, email address.

 

Access to Personal Data

  1. In accordance with the provisions of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data of August 29, 1997 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws 2002, No. 101, item 926, as amended), the Seller ensures free access to personal data, its modification, correction, and deletion.
  2. The Customer has the right to access their personal data and to correct it via the Online Store or by phone.
  3. The Customer can independently change the data provided in the Online Store system.
  4. The Customer may access, change, correct, and delete personal data at any time through their account in the Online Store after prior registration and login.
  5. The Customer has the option of direct email contact with the Online Store staff via email.

 

Account Deletion

  1. A Customer who has created an account in the Online Store may delete the account at any time via the Online Store or by phone.
  2. Account deletion is irreversible and means the deletion of all Customer data. It will not be possible to restore such an account.

Cookie Policy

  1. By using the pages of the Online Store, the Customer agrees to the use of cookies in accordance with the Cookie Policy.
  2. The Online Store generates cookies that store information about the Customer and allow the server to recognize them later.
  3. Cookies do not harm the computer system in any way, and each web browser has the option to disable them.
  4. If the Customer does not agree to the use of cookies by the Online Store, they should change their browser settings accordingly or refrain from using the Online Store's pages.

  1.  Cookies are small files stored and saved on a computer, tablet, or smartphone while visiting various pages of the Online Store.

  1.  A newsletter is a regularly sent message in the form of bulk email correspondence to many recipients. It contains information about the activities of the Online Store, such as new Products and current promotions.
  2. The Customer can subscribe to the newsletter service by entering their email address in the form on the Online Store website.
  3. The entered address must be confirmed by clicking the link in the email confirming the subscription to the service.
  4. The Customer uses the newsletter service voluntarily for an indefinite period.
  5. The newsletter is a free service.
  6. The Customer can unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time.
  7. Unsubscription can be reported in account settings or via email.

 

Final Provisions

  1. The Administrator acknowledges responsibility for protecting the data entrusted by Customers. Security issues are taken very seriously. Therefore, every effort is made to protect the Online Store from unauthorized access by third parties, and methods of data collection, storage, and processing are regularly reviewed.
  2. The Administrator uses server security devices, encryption devices, and physical security measures.
  3. Access to data is granted only to employees and entities that must have access to it in order to process it solely for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
